some causes of stress in my life are my little brother, school, and homework. my brother really stresses me out because he is really annoying and I make the stress go away by going away from him.
Lots of stress in my life comes from too much homework. Steps I can take to lessen that stress is to get the homework done before hand and not let it pile up.
One time that i had a lot of stress was when my mom was having my baby sister and I didn't know how to care for a bay. I also had to figure out how to b a good big brother for her. I could lessen the effects of this stress by doing my best and learning from my mom.

One major thing that makes me stress is tests. Some ways I can prevent getting stressed is to
1. Study in advanced
2. Take deep breathes in and out
3. Make sure you feel confident about the test the night before, to ensure a less nerve-racking time during the test (it will help you focus)
4. If you get a bad grade, just try to take a retest.
Other things I get stressed about are giving my dog a bath (she scratches), get ready for a piano recital, and getting ready for a basketball game.
A cause of stress in my life is too much homework I could do some of my homework on the bus to lessen the amount or I could skip soccer practice to have enough time.
One cause of stress I have in my life that happens almost every day is dealing with school and sports. I have to manage homework and studying along with going to practice every night for 2 hours. I get home late so I get ready for bed than do my homework. I stay up late sometimes, but I guess I have to if I want to play sports.
Having to be with new people causes me stress the only way I know lessen the effects is to leave. Also when I realize "We Had Homework!?" and there's no way to lessen the effects that stress. Or when you forgot your phone at home and everyone worries about you.
This one time a teacher was being so repetitive and mean she wouldn't listen at all and everything had to go her way or she would be mad and yell at you and wouldn't let you go to the bathroom without asking you if you needed to and finally agreeing after and The way I dealt with it was I just rode it out with a little bit of annoyance/stress and I just relized she was trying to do her job.
Times I have had stress include before a school day when I haven't done my homework (which happens very often...), and really the only way to remove of that stress would be to do my homework. (so you can see why I am stressed out all the time :D )
I get stressed when I get lots of homework to do, and it is all really long and difficult, or when I need to go to a piano recital.with my homework, I put everything away but my homework and take it one step at a time, then go over it when i'm done to make sure it is right.
I get really stressed when I have lots of homework or sports the next day. When I have lots of homework and I have something going on that night I start to worry. Also, if I have a cross country meet that day or a lacrosse tournament I get stressed. I could manage my time better and get the homework done on a day that I don't have anything going on, and maybe just tell myself I'll do good in my events.

I always get my mind off of it by doing one assignment at a time For example, at 4:00 I will do math homework, at 5:30, I will do social studies homework and at 7:00, I will do language arts homework. A stressor in my life that come up quite often is studying for a big test that I don't understand. I can help fix this by getting extra help from a teacher, parent, friend or sibling that understands the topic. I could also study ahead of time instead of a week before.

I get really stressed out when I have a bunch of things that are due or a upcoming test. Steps that I take are put the assignments in order from the easiest and most important to the things I might need help on that arean't due right away. Then after I know I manage my time and what always calms me is face timing while i'm doing my homework because it makes me relax.
One thing that causes stress in my life is not having my sister around because she is at college. I could talk to her about anything, we did everything together, and she helped me on frustrating homework. To lessen this stress, I could talk to my mom or call her when I need her. Also, I could hang out with my friends more.
Some causes of stress that are in my life that have happened more than once is lots of homework, before sporting events, having to publicly speak. To lessen the effects of homework stress is make a plan. Think about what is going on at home and when you have a nice quiet time to do work. After you make your plan start to do your homework I personally like to play quiet music to relax me and get me focused. Stay focused on your work with no distractions. Take your time and make sure to think the problems through.
